Melbourne rises above the competition to attract Embraer’s new $50 million, 150,000 sq. ft. state-of-the art final assembly line facility – it’s first such facility in the U.S. – and 200 new jobs.  (Learn more)

Vero Beach-based Piper Aircraft will add over 450 jobs to expand its aircraft manufacturing operations, including production of its state-of-the-art very light jet. (Learn more)

The Florida Center for Advanced Aero-Propulsion, a collaboration of premier aerospace and aviation researchers from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, University of Central Florida, University of Florida, led by Florida State University, will work to develop new technologies and new strategies for commercialization.  (Learn more)
